In 2000, the lead singer & Guitarist Osamu Seino formed the band called Onepercentres with his three friends who have known each other for a long time. They met while playing in the local clubs. They have been influenced by many kinds of bands and enjoyed playing music in styles of their own influences. At first, they concentrated on writing their songs based on the "power-pop" style in the studio. And at that time, they had been focusing on their own feelings and their concepts to make their own POWERPOP eventhough the arrangements were not good though. It took quite long to have their own style of song composing, but it was not time wasting! They achieved more than they expected! You know what!? Then they thought it must be time to start playing in public, they started touring constantly and heavily! They released two MAXI-Singles and one single through their own label named Millionaire Recordings in four years. Songs came easy to them once they were in the studio. At the beginning of 2004, the band teamed up with the one and only powerpop label at the time called Wizzard In Vinyl then things were going much better than before. The first co-operation with Wizzard In Vinyl was distributing the mini album "currently". The result has been quite good since it has stayed in a Tower Records chart for a while. Sometime in 2004, the original drummer left the band and the band got a new one called den den. In late 2005, they finally released their first full length album named "PLATINUM BUNDLE". And then they went on tour with a Swedish band called "Hawaii Mud Bombers" and a Spanish band called "Suzy & Los Quattro". Both bands were blown away because of Onepercentres' live performances. After those intense tours, their reputation got much better! And also they got a Spanish deal. After that, they went to Spain to tour in two weeks and played shows at the International Pop Overthrow Liverpool. In 2009, the drummer denden left the band and the band got a new one called Ryuji. In 2010 they changed labels and signed a contract with THISTIME RECORDS. The band released a new album entitled “Daydreaming Horses”, which will also be released in October in Spain this year by the label "Wild Punk". The release of the CD will be followed by a tour of nine cities including Barcelona and Madrid.

En el anyo 2000, Osamu Seino formo la banda Onepercentres con tres de sus amigos quienes se conocian por muchos anyos. Ellos se conocieron mientras tocaban en varios clubs. Los miembros de la banda han sido influenciados por muchos tipos de grupos y han disfrutado tocar musica en sus propios estilos. Al principio se concentraron en escribir canciones en el estudio asimilando el estilo “power-pop”. En esos dias fueron inspirados por sus emociones para hacer musica powerpop, pero los arreglos no eran muy buenos. Les tomo mucho tiempo para desarrollar su propio estilo pero no fue una perdida de tiempo. Ellos lograron mas de lo que habian esperado. Y entonces pensaron que era tiempo para tocar en publico. Comensaron ha hacer apariciones en muchos conciertos. Durante cuatro anyos ellos grabaron muchos MAXI-Singles y un single con su propio sello llamado MILLIONAIRE RECORDINGS. Media vez estavan en el estudio podian componer canciones muy facilmente. Ha principios del anyo 2004, el grupo se unio al unico sello de powerpop en esa epoca: Wizzard In Vinyl. Despues de eso las cosas mejoraron mucho mas. La primera colaboracion con Wizzard In Vinyl fue la distribucion de el mini album “Currently”. El resultado fue muy bueno, tanto que el album ha permanecido en las listas de las tiendas de discos Tower Records por much tiempo. A mediados del anyo 2004, la baterista dejo la banda y fue remplasada por Den Den. En 2005, lansaron su primer Full Length Album titulado “Platinum Bundle”. Despues de eso fueron en jira con una banda Sueca llamada “Hawaii Mud Bombers” y un grupo Espanol llamado “Suzy y Los Quattro”. Las dos bandas fueron asombradas por la actuacion de los Onepercentres. Despues de esas jiras su reputacion mejoro bastante y por lo tanto consiguieron un contrato en Espana. Despues de eso ellos fueron a Espana en una jira por dos semanas y tocaron en Inglaterrra en el International Pop Overthrow Liverpool. En 2009, la bateriista Den Den dejo la banda y fue remplazada por Ryuji. En 2010, el grupo cambio de sello. Esta vez firmaron un contrato con THISTIME RECORDS y lansaron un nuevo album titulado “Daydreaming Horses”, el cual tambien sera distribuido en Espana este anyo por el sello “Wild Punk”. Despues de esto, la banda va estar de jira por nueve cuidades espanolas incluyendo Madrid y Barcelona.
