    93年秋、音楽活動再開を熱望していた山内(Vo,Gu)に、jimi橋詰(当時HUMAN SOUL)が愛弟子であった吉村(Dr)を紹介。当時、山内はドレッドヘアー、吉村はリーゼントという人間的にも音楽的にも全く接点のない二人は何故か意気投合し、『何ものにもとらわれない音楽』をテーマに結成。翌94年夏、心斎橋サンホールでライヴデビュー。95年、天保山ベイサイドジェニーを活動拠点に、パンク、ハードコア、ハードロック、ポップロック、ミクスチャー、ブルースロックetc様々なジャンルのバンドと共演する。逆に言えば、JIZZ MONKS自体がジャンルという観念で語れるバンドではなかったことを証明している事となる。95年、ソングバードレコードのオムニバス『PLAIN ATTACK SHOCK』に2曲提供。97年9月、作家中島らものレーベル、スカラベレコードからファーストミニアルバム『THRASH JAZZ ASSASSIN』を発表。様々なジャンルのテイストをマーブル模様のごとく混ぜこみ、ポップと言うにはラウド過ぎ、ラウドと言うにはポップ過ぎるメロディーと楽曲陣はアンダーグランドでちょっとした波紋を呼んだ。この頃から東名阪を頻繁にツアー。各地で評判を呼ぶ。99年、RIPレコードよりマキシシングル『Angel with Vexation』リリース。99年、瀬川(Ba)、nomi from peach (Gu?)参加。00年、Mahin(Gu)参加。01年初頭、大阪の雄"バミューダ★バガボンド"とのスプリットシングルをRIPレコードよりリリース。01年8月、同レーベルにてアルバム『from maximum love』をリリース。 ///Yamauchi (Vo,Gu) and Yoshimura (Dr) form by 1993 autumn with 'Free music' as the theme. It live debuts by 1994 summer in the Shinsaibashi San hall. Two is offered to omnibus 'PLAIN ATTACK SHOCK' of 1995 and the songbird record. First mini album 'THRASH JAZZ ASSASSIN' is announced from label and the scarab record of writer Ramo Nakajima in September, '97. The taste of various genres was created and to say a loud passing and loud to mix, to crowd, and to say pop, the melody and the music formation of pop that passed by created a little ripple like the marble pattern underground. A Japanese tour is begun from recent. The reputation is called in various places. Maxisingle 'Angel with Vexation' release from 1999 and RIP record. Segawa (Ba) and nomi from peach(Gu?) participation for 99 years. 2000 and Mahin(Gu) participation. A single split with male of Osaka "Bermuda * vagabond" is released from the RIP record by 2001 beginnings.
