I've been listening to the mysterious Gnarls Barkley from the beginning. I wished I'd have seen you play at the Grammys or the Super Bowl. From the time I bought St. Elsewhere I've told people Gnarls Barkley is my favorite band and the closet thing my soul might have to a soundtrack.
I come from a little town tucked away in some obscure mountains perhaps 10 min. out of Asheville NC (you should tour there, beautiful city!). I hope you go on tour again, and please I beg you - don't stop making music!
Your music has changed my life and saved my soul (no pun intended) I hope you do at least one more album. Cee los voice is haunting and the beats danger mouse throws in to the mix compliment it perfectly.
tell me you guys are coming out with another album soon, or at least more live shows... ive been a HUGE fan ever since i heard word of the project.. glad it did not disappoint!! truly, you guys are so overlooked its not funny, but in a way im glad because once you get sucked into the mainstream, everything goes downhill from there... keep up the GREAT music!!
I'm wondering if the sound that comes up all nice at the end of 'She Knows' is a ventilator... at first it sounds like the ocean, then it gets all rhythmic and fully forms into breathing.. I swear.
Thanx for the add Gnarls B. I love your music. Music truly inspires us to explore our lives and appreciate the blessings and challenges. You also inspire me to be the best artist that I can be. Check out my new music as well. Share with family and friends. Keep up the good work. Always follow your passion. Peace, Raylohim
You guys.... CRAZY... got me in deep trouble at a bar, made the best dance at my wedding....and has so many many memories.....My brother first introduced me to this song....made damn sure I listened to as loud as possible. On his 21st birthday, several years back, that song played, I litterally threw my drink when I heard it starting to play, spilled it on a very large drunk. .......a song that will NEVER EVER grow old..... most deserving award EVER! big huge kudo's. I could play back this song 100 times and never get sick of it. Good Job!
