Et in terra pax is a theater-performance team formed by the performer Kohya Arimura and the director Keiji Sugimoto in 1991.This team combine the silent solo performance with the border transgressive space created by music, art, video, text and lighting, in order to show a manifestation of consciousness and sensitivity. Sugimoto withdrew from Et in terra pax in 2000, and from then on, Et in terra pax, as a solo unit of Kohya Arimura, is engaged in activities focusing on not only performing arts but also recitation, music, and stage art.
