２００７年８月１日新宿Club DOCTORで、まさかの復帰。

以後、メンバーの入れ替えが激しくも
月イチほどでのライブ活動を継続。
ニ〇〇八年は「ハル」のソロとしての活動--レゲエ他--が活発となった。
主に Club Event が多く、
六月「人権聖火リレー」を皮切りに
九月から「One Love For The WORLD」を
REGGAE PARTYとして敢行するが
離脱を余儀なくされる。
現在、五月十六日（土）＠新宿 Club DOCTOR の理解を得、
「STAND STRONG 4 FREEDOM（仮）」を立ち上げる。
バンド主体のイベントとなるので、
当然、「CHANNEL:H.R.」として参加となる。
続々 激しい面子の登場を期待されが。
