Woah! Kristen Stewart Actually Cracks a Smile in the New Trailer for 'On the Road'

The summer of 2012 was probably one to forget for Kristen Stewart, and for maybe the first time ever, her signature pouty face was actually warranted. But things are finally starting to look up for K-Stew, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 opens nationwide this weekend, and word on the street is it’s a surprisinglyun-Kristen likecheery performance. Maybe the transformation to Vampirehood wiped out the sourpuss in her. Or maybe it’s the millions of adoring fans and lifetime of residual checks to come.
.
Her next project, On the Road, opens in just over a month, and in the new trailer conveniently released on Breaking Dawn opening weekend, she again turns that frown upside-down. Seriously! You can see for yourself at :38. We should also mention that the film is based one of iconic author Jack Kerouac’s novels. And it features large ensemble cast that includes Amy Adams, Kristen Dunst, Viggo Mortensen, Sam Riley and Garrett Hedlund. But since K-Stew smiling occurs about as often as a full solar eclipse, we thought we’d let you know. -

.
The Twilight series has had some pretty amazing music in its soundtracks, so when we recent met with the cast to play “Who’s More Likely To…” we also asked Kristen Stewart to pick her favorite song(s) from the series. Obviously, the Christina Perri track ‘A Thousand Years’ is “really important” to her (if you remember, it’s the track that played as she walked the aisle in Breaking Dawn Part 1) but she’s also a big fan of Iron & Wine’s ‘Flightless Bird, American Mouth’ from the first Twilight soundtrack. Basically, her favorites from the series are “the two totally sappy songs.” -

Don’t you just hate it when your group of vampire friends gathers around a piano to listen to a kid tickle the ivories, you’re walking up with a nice vase full of flowers, and then you’re suddenly overtaken by a vision of ultimate evil heading to kill you all? Sucks to be Ashley Greene’s character in the Twilight series, and as you’ll see in this new clip from Breaking Dawn – Part 2, things are about to get very serious for the Cullen clan. Check it out below.
