You had to think it was only a matter of time before we heard from Kanye West. After all, it’s been months now since Watch The Throne, his collaboration album with Jay-Z, and even longer since the rapper dropped his astounding 2010 album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. But even we didn’t see this one coming. Yesterday evening West dropped a brand new DJ Khaled-produced track entitled “Theraflu.” Now, we honestly have no idea what the hell “Theraflu” means — it sounds like some sort of third-world disease only transmittable through sloths. But what we do know is that the song, in true West fashion, is supremely boast-heavy. The track, unfortunately, has since been taken down but we’ll give you the low-down.

“Can I have a bad bitch without no flaws/ come to meet me without no drawers?” West practically demands in one of the track’s more explicit requests. West does also however, find time to get a bit more sentimental on the track, as he confronts the elephant-in-the-room that is his ex, Amber Rose, and her new main-man, Wiz Khalifa. But as it turns out, Yeezy has nothing but respect for Wiz. “The whole industry wanna fuck yo’ old chick/ Only nigga I got respect for is Wiz,” West raps. He also goes on to say that he fell in love with a woman that we can only assume is Kim Kardashian. “And I’ll admit, I fell in love with Kim/‘Round the same time she had fell in love wit’ him.” This supports TMZ’s claim that Kardashian and West are currently dating after they were photographed leaving a New York movie theater Wednesday night after viewing “Hunger Games.”

There’s no word yet if “Theraflu” will find a home on one of West’s upcoming albums or instead on the forthcoming collaboration album from his label, G.O.O.D. Music. Pusha T, who is signed to West’s label, announced earlier this week that “Mercy,” a new single featuring himself, West, Big Sean and 2 Chainz will drop tomorrow. Looks like Mr. West is back, people!
