    .
The big tour news this week is the fact that hot on the heels of a sold-out South American tour Demi Lovato has announced a 21-date North American run which will kick off on June 12th in Del Mar, California.

    .
The dates will feature special guests Hot Chelle Rae and Owl City and there’s no doubt that she’ll play plenty of songs off her latest platinum-certified album Unbroken. You can also bet that Lovato play her latest single “Give Your Heart A Break” which has been downloaded over 200,000 times to date. Not bad, Demi. The full tour schedule is listed below.

We don’t know about you but we can’t get enough of Best Coast and in preparation for the May 15th release of their album The Only Place the group are going on a lengthy run of U.S. and U.K. dates. In addition to playing classics from their 2010 breakthrough release Crazy For You this will also be your first chance to hear the band’s new stuff live and we have a feeling you won’t be disappointed.

Tickets for the festival are currently on sale and better yet Astralwerks will be releasing Eric Prydz Presents Pryda on May 22nd both as a single CD of rare, unreleased tracks and as a triple-CD with even more goodies. One of the biggest buzz bands of Coachella this year was Death Grips and experimental group whose music is so difficult to describe that we’re not even going to try. The group have remixed two Bjork songs though, so you never know what you’re going to get when you go a Death Grips show. Oh and did we mention that Hella’s Zach Hill — one of our favorite drummers ever — is in this band? Just go.
