As we predicted yesterday, early this morning T.I. was released from prison and sent to a halfway house where he will serve the remainder of his 11-month sentence for a probation violation.

Today MTV reported that they received confirmation from the Federal Bureau Of Prisons spokesman Chris Burke at 7:29 a.m. that T.I. had left Forest City Correctional Facility in Arkansas and was en route the community living house. The name of the halfway house won’t be announced until T.I., who is serving time for a probation violation following a drug arrest in Los Angeles last year, arrives safely.

As you can imagine, T.I. is already back on Twitter and this morning he posted, “Feels great to be back where I belong…Back in the arms of those who need me the most.” and “The storm is over & da sun back out. IT’S OUR TIME TO SHINE SHAWTY!!!!! Welcome to the beginning of our Happy Ending!!!!”

Additionally it has been announced that this December T.I. and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris will take part in a still-untitled reality show on VH1 which will illustrate how the duo adjust to life after T.I.’s release from prison and chronicle his attempt to stay on the right side of the law, in a similar fashion that his MTV mentoring show “T.I.’s Road To Redemption” did for troubled teenagers in 2009.
