Britney Spears sued for $10 million

.
Licensing firm Brand Sense Partners thinks that their perfume line deal with Britney Spears stinks. Now they’re taking the pop singer and her father to court. Yesterday, the firm announced that they’re suing Spears and her father Jamie Spears for over $10 million for breach of contract. The lawsuit was filed yesterday in Los Angeles Superior Court..
The company claims that they brokered Spears’ perfume deal with the cosmetics company Elizabeth Arden Inc. in 2004, but have still not been paid the 35 percent commission that both parties agreed upon. Personally, we think someone in Spears’ camp should also ask the perfume company’s publicity firm why this perfume has been out for seven years and we’ve never heard of it until today… but we digress.
.
Brand Sense claims that Spears asked Elizabeth Arden to send all royalty money directly to her in order to cut the firm out of the deal and also alleges that Spears and her father made another deal with Elizabeth Arden in order to avoid paying Brand Sense their royalties. The company is seeking damages “based on the wanton, willful and oppressive nature” and, trust us, you don’t even want to know what they’re saying about her new album.

Life is full of ups & downs but u're a conqueror,u gonna conquer bcos its all for the best.Bliv it
This isn't fair at all. Why are they just coming up with this 7 years later?? Plus, the only reason they're talking trash about her new album is because they have a pity-party going on. They wouldn't make a deal with a pop star if they hated her music. Keep your head up, Britney.
Keep your head up britney
@britney: if brand sense lawsuit is bogus simply countersue them & prove it in court!
No, this is not fair ..... But I'm confident that Britney will win a lot of money from the new album
