English Version --> Deutsche Version weiter unten "Friends of the Night" was an indie online music project based in Switzerland. They started recording during the hot summer nights in 2008 and joined MySpace on February 17, 2009. On this date, they published their fist song "Let's move away" - and the band "Friends of the Night" was founded. The response to their music was great. But due to the lack of greater success they decided to reduce their activities on MySpace and to freeze almost all other activities related to this project in April 2012. Their recordings in the shops and a very limited web presence like their facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/welcomefotn) are the things that remain of this crazy band project... Do they ever come back - well, nobody knows how the future looks like. Listen to their music on Spotify, iTunes, amazon.com etc. Have fun! Friends of the Night war ein Projekt von Curt Cowalksi zusammen mit einigen Freunden gewesen. Ihren ersten Song haben Sie am 17.2.2009 auf myspace gestellt. Das positive Feedback war enorm gewesen. Da sich der Erfolg auf längere Sicht in Grenzen hielt, haben Curt und seine Kollegen fast alle Aktivitäten für Friends of the Night im April 2012 eingestellt. Was bleibt sind die Songs in den Online-Shops und ein paar Webseiten wir z.B. ihre Facebook-Page (http://www.facebook.com/welcomefotn). Ob sie jemals wieder aktiv werden? Niemand weiss, was die Zukunft alle noch bringt. Wie sie getönt haben: Check diese abgefahrene Band aus auf Spotify, iTunes oder amazon.de, musikload.de etc aus... Have fun! -
