Raised in hurling snow in the the deepest black of pine forests, looking out of towers of glass and metal on the beaches of south sweden. We are the true avant garde, a post modern joke, a pathetic fallacy, a fad. We are conventional and beyond..... We are a duo making customary, trite, bourgeois, electronic pop. Cutting-edge, state of the art, future music. ......The last release of Valutan; titled Manhattan Woulf is now for a limited time released free and can be downloaded here: ........Valutan - Manhattan Woulf........ Manhattan and Woulf started Valutan over drinks a cold and snowy night in the Malmoe harbor in the spring of 2008. A couple of months later the first album "Blame the Voters" was released, with some great reviews the world over. Since then they have played a number of venues in Scandinavia, while working on their follow up ep "Terror" now released on the Pitch 9 Label....
