    PRAISE TO THE ANCESTORS, WHO BROUGHT MUSIC AND DANCE TO THE RHYTHMS OF EVERYDAY LIFE.. THANK YOU FOR THIS GIFT. M'Baye Diagne is a master drummer from Senegal, W. Africa. He studied African percussion from a young age with master from Guinea, Mali, Senegal and Ivory Coast. As a performer, composer and teacher he brings the culture of W. Africa to all he meets. He has performed with the National Ballets of Mali and Senegal. While in the US he has been a resident artist at the Kartherine Dunham Ctr. in St. Louis, Muntu Dance Theater in Chicago, and Arts in the Hood in Miami. He has performed in Disney World, Washington DC, Atlanta, Boston and more. He's performed in Spain, France, Jamaica and Trinidad
