Hello my friends. lets put it this way. Verve are watching the site and dearly love their fans around the world and take it from me one of the nicest guys in music is Richard Ashcroft. As you can see from the way he embraces me in my photo section you can tell by his intensity he knows me well enough. I have followed Verve from the old days when they used to run around in an old blue transit van and I'd hitched from one end of Britain to the other in all sorts of weather to see this magnificent band. The thing is they are from the old school of the music mythology...They don't come out to play unless they have something to say...And the only real voice they have is what is said in the music. This band don't play the game like Girls Aloud or Take That, (you can insert shit bands at this point if you are from a different country here people...The X Factor is syndicated around the world after all...)So go on, dig out A Storm In Heaven, A Northern Soul, In fact, any album from the boys and It will still DELIVER the goods the way when you turned to the stereo and watched it and knew that this band where making magic spells for your mind and soul...To the boys and you Richard, you have my heart and soul, so keep rockin, and don't forget that its all about love...Gerry.

What's going on with The Verve in 2009? Maybe a couple non-album singles or something? Perhaps another round of the spring/summer gigs? (I'd love it if Verve came back to The States!!)
I've got high hopes for this band. Verve means more to me than any other band/person/place/idea in the world right now.
C'mon. This could be your moment.
The show here in Las Vegas was pure brilliance but...
