A true classic picture of; MARIO-1956 THE POPE!!... Mario Maglieri is “The Pope Of Sunset Blvd”. On January 11, 1964 Mario with some partners opened The Whisky A-Go-Go on the famed Sunset Strip. Mario has been a witness to the many events that have shaped pop culture in America and has been intrical in showcasing the worlds largest and greatest Rock N Roll bands and personalities. In 1972 Mario needed a place for his stars to grub and he opened the now world famous; The Rainbow Bar & Grill. One year later The Roxy was opened right next door to The Rainbow. Mario is; Rock N Roll!
