  • Bio

UNFORTUNATELY THE BAND HAS BEEN ON HIATUS SINCE APRIL 2002(OUR LAST SHOW WAS APRIL 16th, 2002 at the CONCORDE 2 in BRIGHTON, ENGLAND). There is no plan currently to record or tour. I hate when bands say "We've broken up just to get back years later for some hoopla reunion, so we'll leave it at WE'RE JUST TAKING A BREAK and one day we'll return with something. For now, enjoy the free tunes up here and we'll change them around every few months so you can download more songs. BIO: The Chinkees are about being positive and addressing things through music that are important to the band personally and in the world we share. It's not about being aggresively political nor about alienating people, or even about trying to change the world overnight. It's about searching for a brighter future.
