She conducts workshops and seminars that have been presented throughout the Country. She is also called on by business owners for coaching sessions and to lead their business re-invention efforts. The workshops and seminars conducted by The Pinnacle Institute consist of topics such as: Women in Management, Women as Leaders, The Superwoman Syndrome, Customer Service, Diversity and The Assertive Woman. Mrs. Gladney has been certified by a National Nurturing Program as a Facilitator of the evidence based program and certified by The Professional Woman Network as a Professional Coach and Diversity Consultant. Shontina's knowledge of business and professionalism is supported by working with corporations, non-profit and charity organizations. She has over 15 years experience in business start-up, operation and management, 5+ years business and personal development consulting experience and over 20 years experience working with youth. Among her many accomplishments, Shontina has been recognized by the Black Womens Network and other city officials in her area and is the Founder and Talk Show Host of a Teen Focused radio show in Milwaukee, WI.
