Hello Reika!!
   How are you doing?

 Following the earthquake and tsunami that happened in the Tohoku area in March, my band, Your Favorite Enemies, and I decided to take action... We didn't want to stay numb in front of such situation.

The band initiated at first the Hope Project. It's a project encouraging people to share simple words of hope... because we believe that even one single word can make a difference. Only one word, one action can give hope. And hope is all what we need today!  

For this project, we decided to go to Japan. Our unique desire was spend time with you... because Japan feels like home to me.   On the same occasion, my band decided also to play three intimate concerts...

 Because I believe music has the power to gather and give hope. We will play in Osaka on May 27th, in Tokyo on May 28th and in Kyoto on May 29th... I really wish you can come!!! It's already been three years that the band played in Japan for the last time.

 I am currently on tour in China with my band... What we experience is incredible music. And we can't wait to be in Japan again to share amazing moments with you. Life, hope and dreams can rise, grow and bloom!  Let's define those moments all together!

I am very happy to to write you to let you know that I will be in Japan form May 23rd to May 30th with my band, Your Favorite Enemies... Only a few weeks left! I can't wait to be back in Japan... I really feel home when I'm in Japan!!!

The reason I'm going back to Japan is the Hope Project, a project we initiated following what happened in the Tohoku area... I truly believe that every little action and every single word can make a difference... hope is a light in the midst of desperation... and we need hope right now!!!

And in order to support the Hope Project, we decided to play some shows as well!!! We'll play in Osaka on May 27th, in Tokyo on May 28th, and in Kyoto on May 29th!!!

I traveled all over Japan last November to film the movie "Voyage À La Mer", but the last time I played music with my band Your Favorite Enemies in Japan was 3 years ago... time goes by so fast... so it's important to live the moment to the fullest!!!
