    Yusuke Hirado on piano and keys/Takahiro "matzz" Matsuoka on percussion/Kazuhiro Sunaga on bass/Sohnosuke Imaizumi on drums.. On the club jazz scene, quasimode has introduced itself as one of the best band all over the world... In 2006, the first album "oneself-LIKENESS" was released. It acquired 1st place across the board with the club chart of the foreign-affiliated CD shops in Japan. In 2007, the second album, "The Land of Freedom", was released and it was ranked at the 4th place for 2007 BEST JAZZ RECORDS chosen by the J-WAVE'S radio program hosted by Gilles Peterson... The album became worldwide sensation; it was ranked at the top of club as well as Jazz charts of not only CD shops but also iTunes Store in Japan and SONAR KOLLEKTIV, Germany label led by JAZZANOVA, licensed the album and released it worldwide. A live album, "Straight to the Land of Freedom", which recorded the live featuring the second album at LIQUIDROOM was released in March of 2008, becoming a smash hit. quasimode released their much-expected third album, "SOUNDS OF PEACE", on October 2008 which was ranked at the 2nd place on the TOWER RECORDS Jazz chart for the year and chosen as the best Jazz album by iTunes... quasimode as a Japanese representative will release a cover album, "mode of blue", from BLUE NOTE label on January 2009, which is an anniversary cover album for its 70th anniversary... "mode of blue" was ranked at the 1st place on the AMAZON, HMV, TOWER RECORDS and iTunes Jazz chart... On April, "GOLDEN WORKS" that collects a lot of remix works that quasimode has done up to now was announced... They accomplish appearance to a lot of big events such "North Sea Jazz Festival" (one of the world three major jazz festival), "Tokyo Jazz" (Big Jazz festival in Japan), and "Rising Sun Rock Festival" etc. They exchange BLUE NOTE with the definitive agreement and on December 2009 will release 4th original album "daybreak".     I was there, when Eons ruled the world and for now, I am back. So that is why my age is a million of years and also not even 5. That's the way how Adam Qadamon would possibly answer if you would ask him about his age. But one thing is certainly true: Adam made an unmatchable start-up into the arts- and music-scenery throughout the last 5 years. The all-rounder Adam Qadamon just hit it off as he danced inside the shadows of the fine arts where his omnipresence could be felt despite his concealment. He's able to yell aloud without making the slightest sound just by his mere presence. Same thing about the brutal street- and performance artist that he is. As of his music, his works will shake your legs with a decent minimalism that expands to the max. So today, Dunkelstrom pronounces that after one year of making contact, we finally won Adam Qadamon for our label and together we will stand for a new beginning. His work becomes reloaded!
