POLISH THE SOUNDS - (Gdynia, Polska - since 2000....)

Between extreme, hardcore electronic (not so friendly to hearing and mind) and commercial, one-season disposable dance enterprises - there is a creative space for positive energetic vibes and moody music in electronica, trance, techno, electro, house, downtempo, trip-hop and ambient styles - based mostly on the playing with beats and samples...
- And there is where POLISH THE SOUNDS flows...

Polish The Sounds or Polish (The) Sounds is my latest music project. This new and non-profesional one began in 2000 after few years of silence preceded by 'Gestalt' music project and some music experiments as part of 'MAARS' open-art project that I made still in the nineties of the last century during my studies in The Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk - after my comeback to Poland. Here I should mention that my musical journey started in 1985 in Uruguay (South America) with my first band, the new wave ''Zona Prohibida'' and later in 1987 with the synth-pop ''Les Fleurs Du Mal''. Something more about this two bands, you'll find below.

Now, new century became ...and this means a new beginning. And I'm thrilled to bits because of the new ways and posibilities to create music - I started to use more frequently a computer and diverse music software than the keyboards I used to play in my old bands. Just a change of tools. No less no more. Electronic sounds, electronic tools but still this music is 100% made by human and for the pleasure of human beings.

By now, I'm focused on a very cool but underestimated (because of its non-profesional purpose) family of music programs that gave me hours of fun making many quite good tunes - I'm sure some of you know the software I'm talking about. And for the rest, well, let it be still my sweet secret ;-) Though all tracks were made with amateur music software (with ready to use melodic sequences, samples and loops) truly, I had great pleasure playing with this new simple music tools / toys! And at last - fun and joy - that is what really counts in music... isn't it? Well, I hope you will enjoy the effects of my work :-)

So, living this great space-age of ''yesterday's science-fiction'' technologies, having faith in human spirit and invention - in the power of dreaming and in a brighter future - to date, Polish (The) Sounds made for everybody's fun the album ''GODSPEED'' followed by the second called ''THE BEST IS YET TO COME'' and the third one called "NIGHTLIFE" - floating today in a huge space of electronic music defined by great musicians and DJs like - to mention some of most known:
