    Individual advancement book Description This book has been created with the understanding of complications plaguing societies throughout the world. For many years families and individuals have been dealing with issues and situations pertaining to their lives, whether it is good or bad. Mostly bad, I have developed methods and strategies to combat and assist these criteria. Everyone wants to achieve something in life and obtain a strong prosperous foundation, although elements within society stagnates growth and detours their focus. Variable Enhancement Services sponsors and promotes Elevation above Status. A person must first understand that their spirit controls everything they do and become interested in. Most people, when hearing the world spirit, think of a ghost or some sort of biblical faction. When you feel a certain way about anything, this is a product of your spirit acknowledging the circumstances of life. Sometimes thing can get difficult and the decisions you make would be vital to the outcome of the situation. Trying to control the way you address things in life pertains to how you deal with your spirit which is a challenge of its own, because it involves your emotions. Most people can’t control their emotions, because it often defines who they are. Often taking the time to analyze events transpiring in your life, allows you to comprehend what’s actually happening. This gives you the opportunity to make the appropriate decisions. Not being aware of the potential threat of your environment and making the wrong choices will render you unsuccessful, to the point where you will become down and out, at the end of your road. The beginning is the end and the end is the beginning, history repeats itself and what you do now will reflect in the future, so either way you can’t avoid your issues. Trying to escape problems, by running away or turning to substances is a way many people handle issues, only to realize they have created even more problems. Dealing with issues is a normal way of life and trying to ignore them would only complicate things more, so VES by Derrick Pringle Sr. has written Elevation Above Status.

    Variable Enhancement Services has been developed since 1996 by Derrick Dwayne Pringle Sr., in Brooklyn, New York, assisting disadvantaged individuals and families through communities to achieve a better life. Acknowledging many people being affected by the lack of education, employment, property and business owner rate, more African American nationality, compared to others, Variable Enhancement services began to be more involved with the community issues. After taking a closer look at individuals and family situations, V.E.S came to the conclusion, there were more dilemmas plaguing the African American society. The majority of the people were from single parent homes which showed to have a tremendous contribution to their situations. Admitting the responsibilities of replacing the void was left up to themselves. Individuals decided to grow up sooner than others, which led to most of them becoming young parents, young workers/hustlers, and dropping out of school. Communities began to deteriorate and the values disappear, contradicting everything many past environmental leaders stood for and established; increasing homelessness, homicide and imprisonment percentage rate by 50%. This introduced the need for an organization with the communities’ interest to be developed, so became the creation of Variable Enhancement Services. Variable Enhancement Services was born in Brownsville Brooklyn, the neighborhood in which its founder has been raised. Proven statistically to be one of the most troubling environments in New York City, V.E.S has decided to begin in this community. Choosing the facility to be utilized for the community center is essential, and need to be preferably five or more stories; similar to an educational establishment of which the convenience of the location is vital.
