Brand new interview is now on JaME!! The long-awaited single “Dreamer” will be out on February 3rd, 2010
ONE OK ROCK have been remarkably evolved as a live oriented band for these few years. In 2009, they had 12,000 audience during their 22-place tour, and the tickets for the final day at Zepp Tokyo have been sold as a flash.
They have just announced that the new single called “Dreamer” will be out on February 3rd, 2010!!! Ｉｔ’s been about 2.5 years since their last single,
This tune has been played in the 2009 tour, and all fans are longing for the release.
They wrote it during the struggling hiatus in the first half of 2009. In the tune, vocalist Taka sings “we can’t end here till we can get it enough!!”, and it shows they have got out the struggle and now started running to the big goal. It also sounds strongly “LIVE” performed by the 4 of them which is absolutely amazing! It is more emotional, more aggressive, and more ROCK!
The limited edition comes with the 5-tune DVD of their first performance by four at Shinjuku LOFT on September 5th, 2009 which was memorable for both themselves and fans. For this gig, there were about 8,000 entries for about 500 tickets, and the DVD will definitely be a great collector’s item.
