I was born in Highgate London. Until I was 7 years old I grew up in Weybridge. On the day I was born, my father had gone on the Uprising Tour of Bob Marley & The Wailers as a sound engineer working together with Errol Brown. Most of my life I had been surrounded by musicians, artists, technicians, bands, celebraties & a lot of things that come with it all, so my life generally evolved around music even if I might of not wanted to choose so. We didn't live a rich life though. My father had worked a lot to keep us going and I had a good childhood. I started hearing Hip Hop when I was 8 years old. It began with Tone Loc & RUN DMC. When I first heard the scratches of Tone Loc's Dj on his album Lōc-ed After Dark, I was so amazed that I decided I would want to learn how to do that one day to. In 1990 I visited a music school for 3 years, learning more about the theories of music & I had also played the electric guitar, accoustic guitar, the drums & the gambe (an old cello) for a couple of years. I left that school & also stopped playing all those instruments after having money for a turntable set. That was when I started to teach myself turntablism. I like using records together with a dj set as an instrument. My father had also studied art, apart from sound engineering, so I also got interrested in drawing & painting when I was a child. I love the art of graffiti, b-boying & breakdance & always will. I also use to do skateboarding since I was 7 years old but I had stopped after about ten years cause I felt I didn't have enough talent in doing it, which also didn't make it more fun for me. In 1996 I first heard some jungle over a pirate radio station in London and that was when I started liking Drum & Bass & Jungle. We all will be gone sooner or later so why wait to show the love you have now?
