Oaken is a Portuguese band of Alternative Rock formed in 2011 by the guitar players Dinis Santos and Emanuel Domingos. Later two other members joined the band: Afonso Inácio and Ricardo Garcia. Although the band is mainly associated to the music style of Alternative Rock, its sound incorporates other trends: Post-Grunge, Metal, Hard Rock and acoustic music. In 2012 is recorded the first album, entitled "Revelations". Oaken é uma banda portuguesa de Rock Alternativo formada em 2011 pelos guitarristas Dinis Santos e Emanuel Domingos. Posteriormente juntaram-se a esta banda Afonso Inácio (baixista de Dead Castratti) e Carlos Bateras (baterista de Double Damage). Apesar do grupo estar fortemente associado ao estilo de música Rock Alternativo, o som da banda incorpora elementos de Post-Grunge, Metal e Hard Rock. Em 2012 é gravado o primeiro álbum da banda intitulado "Revelations" no estúdio da banda. -
