Nunchuck is a disc jockey project based on everything we all missed...Playing only original records in clubs like Musicbox, Maxime, LEFT, Teatro Maria Matos, Berlin, MUV, Gasoiil, Copenhagen (Lisboa), Alburrica (Barreiro), Shmoo, Feito Conceito, Popfresh (Coimbra), Mercado Negro (Aveiro), Armazem do Chá, Janela Indiescreta (Porto), Clinic (Alcobaça), Teatro Virginia (Torres Novas); Office Club, Caldas Late Night, Maratona, (Caldas da Rainha) I wonder if isn't so much better when the influence of your favourite band is even better than the band itself.

Bio:

A small Viking from the Portuguese western, Nunchuck began preaching the Sixties many years ago in his journeys across the country with his magical 7" record boxes. Also part of the Wonderland Club, he tends to defy his listeners on Soul, Freakbeat, Psych, Funk, and so, played on obscure mantras, stomping grooves and strange leads to the universe of soundtracks.
