...... I am a poet. My poetry has been and will continue to be the basis of my songs. I am just starting off with the music thing, but I have a whole book of poems. Many writings of mine are dark, seeing as I write more when I'm depressed or angry. I am more motivated at times like these because writing it down helps to relieve my stress and sadness. I also speak Spanish and would like to eventually make some music in Spanish. I believe that the music industry has been taken over by people who, well...how do I say it delicately?...are not so talented. It seems as if all they are doing is feeding a machine made up of cash. Sure I'd like to make money like that, but do any of the songs on the radio have any kind of message or significant meaning??? Viva la revolución de música! I've been asked a lot why I've made the rap songs when I am a "singer." One guy even told me that my "producer should be kicked in the face for letting me rap." My response was that not everyone will like my stuff and that however the music sounds is exactly how I wanted it to sound for whatever reason. I want to evoke emotion so I use different means to go about doing it. I use my words, more often than not for shock value, and I use my presentation of the song vocally. So I rap. Who cares? It's all poetry in the end anyway. And maybe I don't "flow" or sound like people like Lil' Wayne (I'm not knocking him, I like him), but I try to be selective about my rhyme patterns and word usage. I don't like to rhyme "fast" with "fast" or "weekend" with "weak end" or any other straight up sound duplications. The whole point of me doing this is to intellectually challenge myself and to entertain myself as well...but YES!! I do love to just sing and after I finish my "rap album" (only because I must finish one project before the next), I intend on singing and creating beautiful, whimsical music, not rap or satyre. ...... .. ........My Favorite MySpace 2.0 Layouts.................. ....

i'm digging your music and the message you're trying to spread - i totally agree that music is losing its touch as there are now so many outlets for people to produce music even if they have no idea what they are doing or don't care to make music that evokes emotion or connects with people. let me know if you wanna get on any of my instrumentals. i think we could make some cool music.

yeah i feel ya, i only really wanna work with girlls... they are easier to work with guys are lazy and unreliable too, and not really emotional enough for music most of the time, some of them are but most guys just wanna play fast and hard, which is fine for some people sometimes, but  not always for me
