Terry Farley - DJとして既に活躍していた彼の正式なデビューはRun DMC/Beastie Boysのアフターパーティーである。Paul Oakenfoldからのオファーで、Tim Westwoodと共にプレイをしたのだが、彼はそこでの出来の悪さからHip-Hopが彼の音楽ではないと悟ってしまう。以降彼は様々な音楽の中からhouse music を見出しJUNIOR BOYS OWN（以下JBO）を創設することとなる。JBOはTerryと友人のAndrew Weatherall, Cymon Eccles, Steve Mayes, Steve Hallらにより創設され、アンダーグラウンドなhouseに関する雑誌、イベント、更にレーベルを立ち上げる。そして何よりもJBOはThe Chemical Brothers, Underworld, Xpress2など数多くのアーティストを世に送り出した事で知られている。

TerryはJBOの活動の他、Pete Hellerとチームを組み、Robert Owens, New Order遂にはMichael Jacksonといった面々のremixを手掛け、音楽業界に旋風を起こす。

また彼は1999年より友人のStuart Patterson, Dave Jarvis, Leo Elstob, Bill Brewsterらと共にFAITHという名のパーティーを開始。FAITHはロンドンのThe Key, Turnmills, Ministry of Sound 等有名なクラブで行われ、最近のゲストにはDixon, Ame, Dennis FerrerそしてKarizmaらを迎えている。

多忙な彼は今年既に上海、ドバイ、バンコクでのプレイを行い、NRK recordsよりXpress2のRockyとのコラボレーションでThe Cobraを製作。

2008年はJUNIOR BOYS OWNにとって新しい幕開けとなるはずだ。
なぜなら、Defected recordsよりJBOの名曲たちが世界初、デジタルでのリリースが決定！またJBOより新譜やリミックスも間もなく発売される予定である。
