Bio:

Poised to impact the world through her music ministry, Mary Wynn, is an inspiring praise & worship psalmist. As the word says your gift will make room for you. This scripture rings true for Mary and God is bringing her message before great people. Born in Saginaw, MI this singer/songwriter currently resides in Detroit while ministering throughout the country. Playing the piano since the age of 9, directing church choirs, serving as the Minister of Music, and majoring in Vocal Music Education prepared Mary for her purpose which is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The sincerity in her presentation is apparent and she captures the heart and soul of all that listen.

The inspiring message, exceptional musical style, and uninhibited praise and worship of this project were realized in a Live Recording November 17, 2007. It was released in May 2008 and produced by Ernest J. Lee, at the Minstrel’s Room in Farmington Hills, MI.

“Reflections” live has 13 original songs, 9 written by Mary and 4 written by Ernest J. Lee. This project truly demonstrates the unique gift God has given Mary. It shares her personal experiences and is sure to encourage you to value your personal relationship with Christ. Mary’s desire is to live a life that corresponds with her message so when she stands before God’s people they will receive the message.

My Music Ministry

I believe that my music is truly a ministry. It is a ministry that carries the immense responsibility of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all who will lend an ear to hear. The challenge of sustaining an effective ministry requires the messenger to uphold God’s word in both word and deed. It is vital to my relationship with Christ as well as my credibility as his witness that I live the life that I profess before His people. I desire to encourage God’s people to be more than conquerors through Christ. I also have a strong desire to reach those who have not experienced the love of Christ. As a soldier for Christ, this desire serves as the core of my mission “Winning souls for Christ, one soul at a time”. There are two distinct elements of my ministry that I believe are essential to maintaining its integrity- spirituality and artistry.

Spirituality is the cornerstone of my gift. God has called me to serve and call his people through music. I do not take this responsibility lightly. I realize that I am simply a vessel used by God therefore my personal prayer is for God to use me and equip me with the words that will penetrate the hearts and minds of His people. The word instructs us to use our gifts to serve others. I Peter 4:10-“Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.”

God is a God of excellence and it is important to me that I develop my craft as a true solo artist. God gave me a natural talent but it is my responsibility to develop it, practice it, and always seek for unique ways to present the gift God gave me, to the Kingdom.
