    .. "C'era qualcosa di sensazionale su quel palco...qualcosa che permetteva di condividere le tue più intime emozioni con il pubblico presente. Non potevo immaginare che una volta conosciuto meglio quello straordinario strumento di nome microfono lo avrei tenuto con me per sempre. Ho scelto di fare la musicista per godere del calore impagabile del pubblico. Ho scelto di dedicarmi alla black music perchè è la musica dell'anima". Il progetto nasce nel Gennaio 2010 da un'intensa necessità , da parte dell'artista Maryanne, di raccontarsi in musica: i suoi brani in stile r&b, new soul, trattano argomenti molto importanti quali la scomparsa del fratello che ha avuto un ruolo indispensabile all'interno della sua formazione artistica, la successiva sensazione di sentirsi incompresa e una grande voglia di sentirsi ancora viva tramite la musica. Decisiva la scelta di condividere questi stati d'animo con i musicisti Andrea Dell'Amico"Dede" ( batteria) e Pietro Martinelli( contrabbasso) i quali hanno fatto proprie le emozioni di Maryanne creando assieme a lei un sound unico ed originale. I chose to be a musician to be delighted by the attendance's warm embrace. I chose black music because is the Soul's music. The project begins in January 2010 from the intense Maryanne's need to tell herself in music, her songs, in R&B - nu soul style, concern very important topics as the passing of the brother who had an indispensable role in her artistical training. Following this tragedy had been the sense of emptiness the unplesant feeling to be misunderstood and the extreme willing to feel herself alive through the music the very start of her personal and musical path. Decisive had been the choice to share her moods with musicians - Dede on drums, Pietro Martinelli doublebass - who made her emotions belong to them too creating an unique and original sound.
