MAR DE SUENIOS se presenta como la referencia más madura de su historia, más contundente y con una producción y arreglos del más alto nivel. Grabado por R d Rumba y Marcos "Kulebra" (Violadores del verso), en los "Rap solo studios" de Zaragoza, estos 14 temas (incluyendo una remezcla dub a cargo de R d Rumba) emanan ritmos jamaicanos, bailables que se complementan con el rock americano más contundente, todo esto sin olvidar los instrumentos propios de la tierra aragonesa, como la gaita de boto, que dota a la banda de un cálido sonido propio, así como el acordeón. .. .. Todo esto aderezado con una potente sección de metales, teclados, samplers… Que hacen de su sonido una experiencia que hay que vivir, tanto en disco como en directo. .. .. Mezclado por Aitor Ariño en los estudios "Lorentzo records" en Bérriz, (Bizkaia), por donde han pasado artistas del nivel de Extremoduro, Marea, Fito y los fitipaldis, Platero y tu… El disco ha contado como broche final con la participación de Andy Vandette (U2, David Bowie, Deep Purple, Beastie Boys…), que ha masterizado la referencia en los míticos estudios Masterdisk de New York. La producción ha corrido de nuevo a cargo de Alex García y de la propia banda. Colaboraciones de máximo nivel para este trabajo, que la banda ha preparado como base a su nuevo y potente directo, en donde podremos observar su contagiosa fuerza en su máximo esplendor. Temas cantados en aragonés, con unas letras enfocadas desde una óptica poética, que supone el colofón a un trabajo bien hecho de principio a fin. En estos momentos la banda se encuentra inmersa en numerosos proyectos, tales como la inclusión de varios temas en recopilatorios en Alemania, así como una remezcla de un tema a cargo de "Rude" cantante y Dj italiano, colaborador habitual de Manu chao, Roy Paci, La Kinky beat.., y su inclusión en varios recopilatorios que se editarán en los Estados Unidos. .. .. Con ese disco, mallacán deja definitivamente claro que son una de las bandas más potentes y consolidadas en cuanto a música mestiza se refiere. .. .. ...... .. .. BIOGRAPHY .. .. Mar de Suenios presents itself as the most mature reference of Mallacán..s history, more forceful and with a production and musical arrangements of the highest level.
