Hey everyone,  

I want to stress how IMPORTANT it is to turn in both pre and post show promo when you sign up to promote a show. I have had to go through and remind way too many people to turn in pre and post show promo. Please keep in mind that these pictures and reports are going to more than just me. They’re going to the GM and CEO of Fearless Records, staff, band, managers, and various other companies we work with. I get actual calls from bands complaining when they don’t see stuff up, so they DO notice. 
                When promoting, you should obviously be reading the instructions. So not turning in pictures, or the wrong pictures, or using the wrong materials for the wrong things are not acceptable excuses. It’s all written down. I’m always here if you’re confused in absolutely any way to answer questions. We take promoting at Fearless very seriously. We try and give you guys more opportunity and ways to learn to prepare for the music industry, so you should be prepared and professional. Your camera SHOULD BE CHARGED before attending a show you’ll need pictures at. If they venue doesn’t allow pictures, use your phone. 
                Also, we send out thousands of packages. If for some reason you don’t  receive yours, and your deadline is approaching, let me know! This gives me time to send out more promo, or email attachments that you can use instead. This is a lot better than just saying oh well, and leaving the show unpromoted. When you don’t turn in promo, you waste a spot that could have gone to another teamer, money on shipping, and money on materials not used. So it is extremely important to only promote a show if you can 100% commit, and commit to doing it right. That being said, there are a lot of upcoming tours that could really use your support! Let me know if you would like to sign up. If you have a show coming up, and haven’t turned in promo, PLEASE make sure you do that ASAP.

*There is a new change in show promoting. THREE MONTHS before an album is released, you will now be receiving a lot more stickers to use. Which should make promoting easier. However, once an album is released, stickers will no longer be provided. This means, in order to allow you guys to keep being guestlisted, we have to think of some cool ways for you to promote that involve little to no money (these tend to be the most creative ideas.) You will continue to use posters as you normally would.
