Okay im a bit late on the up date as i was goin to do a update last month but was quite strapped for time. But anyways progression has been going well and that god the festival season is now over so some serious weight gain and training is on the cards.
Over the past 2 months my weight has now increased to 76.6kg which isnt too shabby for the amount of alcohol troy and myself have consumed over the past two months.
During the 2 months I have also road tested a Tri-creatine blend on top of my usual protein with good gains however with excess cardio work I felt dizzy and nauseous. So I will no longer be taking it.
So overall training is goin quite well hopefully will crack the 78kg mark within the next month. Im also feeling a lot healthier and the fitness has made my hiphop classes a hell of a lot easier!!!!
Well today is the start of a healthier beginning! The dumb bells are dusted off and the stretches are being done, its time to get fit!! eeeeek!!
Ok I had the chance to weigh myself this morning and have actually gained a extra kilo over the last 2 weeks, must be all that healthier eating! hahaha nah more like a wee bit of partying too much! Buuut someones gota do it!!
As Monday the 14th of January, Troy and Myself will be taking part of the Body for Life program, which is a 3 month program of intense weight training, cardio and dieting. As we all had our own new years resolution, this is one of ours.
Just to give you all a bit of a background of what we will actually be doing, is as per those dodgy ab swing ads where they have the before and after shot, except it will really be us!! We will also be measuring increase in weight and also body fat percentage.
Just to give you a quick run down on the more interested parties, Troy and myself will be consuming a minimum of 6 meals a day including protein with Training being 4-5 times per week. Although we will not be doing the complete program due to busy working/partying lifestyles we will still be doing 90 percent which should still come out with a good result.
I will also include what protein i will be consuming and any other natural supplements. And will also include programs with weight increases.
So guys watch this space and hopefully Troy and I should have some good results at the end of the 3 months.
