ILLUMINATE yourself… Let yourself shine… We were all meant for something more than where the world has put us… Believe in yourself and know that you’re strong enough to tackle any obstacle that may come in front of you… Look at your legs, your arms, your hands… You can do it… Just believe in yourself… This is the message of ILLUMINATE from Dallas, Texas. Formed in January 2010, the band fuses strong, layered vocals with rock, hardcore, punk and progressive elements to form their own unique and experimental sound. Although a new band, ILLUMINATE has been gaining ground steadily and fast, with their mini-album “Rise and Shine” already up on CD Baby and a management contract in place with Damon Moreno of The Inner Light Agency. “I’m really excited about these guys,” says Damon Moreno. “They have a great, strong sound and a positive, hardworking attitude. Good things are definitely ahead for ILLUMINATE ” One of the things that sets ILLUMINATE apart is their lyrical depth and the message they are working to convey through their songs: “There is an overall message we are trying to convey,” says bassist/vocalist, Ian Hancock. “It’s that there is hope beyond your circumstance or struggle and that we need to build each other up and stay together.” “In Society we tear each other down for the smallest of reasons,” he continues. “With ILLUMINATE, we want to make inspirational music and really let people know that you should pursue and follow your dreams.” Illuminate is currently working on new songs and looks forward to releasing a full album later in the year. .. .. ........ .. .. .. .. .. ...... .. ...... .... .. .... ...... .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. ........ .. ........ .. ........ .. ........ .. ........ .. ........ .. ..
