I enjoy listening to & I have AT LEAST one song I LOVE from each of the following bands, In no particular order : Everything from the Buzzcocks, Sex Pistols, the Misfits [w/Danzig!], Generation X, The Clash, GG Allin, The Damned, Discharge, Stooges/Iggy Pop, Citizen Fish/ Subhumans, X, Crass, The Dwarves, Black Flag, TSOL, ..*the Varukers*.., Xray Specs, Angry Samoans, Vice Squad to next generation of punk rock like ..**Sick on the Bus**..(my fave band), Lower Class Brats, The Unseen, The Briefs, Endless Struggle, etc. and bands like Demented Are Go, Tiger Army, Turbonegro etc........gotta represent for my homies The KNIVES (i was the original Knives girl baby! Those were good times!) i met my partner in crime, Brane from The Knives-->we ARE Pinky & the Brain!!-->
Bloodjunkies/Damnation, 46 Short, & some new friend's bands I've been really impressed with: The Loud Pipes, Cranked Up, Decoiz, Unit F!! Go check out these bands! & 80's rock...from Oingo Boingo, ..**Billy Idol**, *The Cure*, Prince, Michael Jackson* ..(Oh shut the fuck up, u know he rocked back then. those songs are timeless jams!! fuck you haters!! its all about PYT & Beat it!), Joan Jett, David Bowie, , The Clash, Berlin, Blondie ( pre-rap-desaster!), Dramarama ( well, only that one song, they suck otherwise), ACDC --> all those jams Metal Shop plays weekly. I love NIN, TOOL, a Perfect Circle, Marilyn, HIM, etc. Even some mainstream like Hot hot heat, the killers (i CANT help it GOSH!), Eagles of Death Metal!!.....and oldies; Elvis, Temptations, Marvin Gay, motown in general. My Mom forced me to listen & it kinda grew on me. Go Mom!

;Fight Club, Interview w/a Vampire, Swordfish*, BATMAN I & II, The Whole Nine Yards, Edward Scissor Hands, Seven, SleepyHollow, Shawshank Redemption, Pirates of the Carribean, Fifth Element, the Messenger, Requiem for a Dream, Salton Sea....to name just a few. I love Anything by Tim Burton or Quinton Terrintino, the Emperors New Groove (its so gr8!) American History X & *Bram Stokers Dracula, anything W/the talented Gary Oldman & anything (almost anything) with Brad Pitt or Johnny Depp, not just becuz they're beautiful, but becuz they make really good movies!!! All the classics I grew up with from Indian Jones to Pretty in Pink, Breakfast Club, Dirty Dancing, etc....Theres just SO many!

I really dislike most TV, but i get sucked into it. History channel specials on religion, etc. Discovery Channel specials/investigations, FAMILY GUY--but ..FUTURAMA ..is my fave. Invader Zim is my new cartoon of choice. I like watching Friends & Sex and the City for hours. hehe.
i like to watch BUSH talk out of his ass & make up slurred versions of words...but i tend to get violent & need to turn it off..i barely made it through all the electoral debates w/out killing any nereby conservative republican bush supporter i could find (since i couldnt actually get to bush)

Books
I love anything by Anne Rice or Deepak Chopra. Please Kill Me is a pretty cool book. Stupid White Men is something everyone should read. And I've always been a fan of English Literature. I like my college text books, but not the classes that come with them!
Heroes
Pshhh! Heroes? Puleez! I don't think I have any "heroes"....other than my beautiful, amazing Mother & even more amazing Grandmother. They made me, and they saved my life. Other than those two forces in my life & my best friends, I don't think I have "heroes" so much as much as influences. I do look up to Debbie Harry from Blondie. She's inspired so much. She also is a big part of 80's musical history...I aspire to make such an impact as she has. All those Chicks that did their own thing...

...particularly in the 80's(i was made in the 80's so i'm quite fond of the era...yes, i'm well aware, at the time, it was pretty lame. hehe) ; esp. the Gorgeous Terri Nunn (she is so flawless looking!), Joan Jett, Pat B., & Madonna have been role models to me.
John Travolta's character "Gabriel" in Swordfish is the type of psycho I could look up to. He said one of my favorite quotes of all time, "......don't confuse kindness, with weakness..," these are words I live by on a daily basis. But as for heroes, I'll let you know if anybody "comes to my rescue", lol. But I think I'd rather be my own damn hero!
