About me:
My non-fiction bestseller, The Power of Now, describes the experience of enlightenment I had after suffering long periods of depression. This book teaches the power of focusing on the present moment and the futility of dwelling on the bygone past or fearing the imagined future. Before I was unhappy, depressed and anxious. I was not trying to become enlightened or anything like that, just looking for some kind of answer to the dilemma of life.
