    ...... David Perez was born in Brooklyn, NewYork. He is a multi-percussionist with a Bachelor Degree in Percussion Perfomance (cum-laude) from the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico and a vast expirience in different music styles such as Latin, Jazz, Classic, Brazilian, Ethnic and many more. In fact for and many ways to performance on stage David worked with bands and artists like Jeff Kashiwa (ex sax player from Rippingtones) alsowith jazz guitarist/singer Steve Oliver , Ben E. King, Cece Winans, Ron Kenoly, and the jazz vibes Arthur Lipher just to mention a few names. Nowadays David performs with thekeyboardist/arranger/composer Raymond Torres and his Jazz Band. He currently has his own band called Jazz Spy. In other areas David made some sessions and jingles to some companies like Sprint, Suzuki, as well as recording with Frankie Suarez, Ruben Sierra, Charlie Hernandez and Ron Kennedy. He has been active as an educator in clinics, universities, schools and workshops.
