    C.U.R.T. wurde im November 2007 gegründet. Nachdem sich die übrigen Bandmitglieder gerade von ihrem Drummer getrennt hatten, lernten sie auf einer Party den heutigen Drummer Ronny kennen. Schnell wurde die Gründung von C.U.R.T. beschlossen. In 2008 wurden im Soundcave Studio in Hamburg die ersten vier eigenen Songs aufgenommen. Im selben Studio wurden in 2010 neue Songs aufgenommen. In 2009 fand der erste Auftritt der Band in Hamburg ("Backstube") statt. Seit dem spielt die Band regelmäßig bei verschiendenen Gelegenheiten. Neben eigenen Kompositionen spielen C.U.R.T. auch Cover von Rocksongs (u.a. von Guns 'n' Roses, Foo Fighters, Oasis, Lenny Kravitz). Beeinflußt werden C.U.R.T. vor allem vom Rock und Hardrock der 80er und 90er. Daneben werden auch Einflüsse aus früheren Jahrzehnten und anderen Musikgenres zu einer stimmigen Mischung verarbeitet. C.U.R.T. was founded in November 2007. After the other band members broke up with their previous drummer they met the current drummer Ronny at a party. Quickly it was decided to found C.U.R.T. In 2009 the first 4 original songs were recorded at the Soundcave Studios, Hamburg. The next 4 songs were recorded in 2010 in the same studio. The band played their first gigs in 2009 in Hamburg and Reinbek. Since then the band has regulary been on stage. In addition to their original songs C.U.R.T. covers various rock songs (e.g. from Guns 'n' Roses, Foo Fighters, Oasis, Lenny Kravitz). C.U.R.T. are influenced mainly by 80s and 90s rock and hardrock. Additionally influences from earlier decades of rock and other music genres are mixed into a powerful combination.
