Chik'nhood is a Japan based high energy modern rock band unlike anyone, versatile yet grounded in its signature sound. フィリピンで育ったHirohisaはJimi Hendrixに憧れギターと歌を始める。 LAに移るとアメリカのファーストフード店"El Pollo Loco"でSyuji(ギター)と知り合う。 数年後東京で偶然再会した二人は"El Pollo Loco"をもじって"Chik'nhood"をバンド名にする。 グランジーで感情的なサウンドと、ポップで独創的な曲調は 今、海外のJ-Rockファンからも注目されている！！！！ もしかしたらあなたが求めてたRockサウンドがここにあるかも？！

    HIRO :　 父は日本人　母はフィリピン人 名古屋市出身。中学生までフィリピンマニラで過ごす。Chik'nhoodのVocals,Guitar,作詞作曲編曲を担当。メインのギターはgibson les paul '58 historic。 Guns N Rosesに影響を受けてギターを始めるがFoo Fightersのデイヴを見てギターボーカルになる。レコーディングやミックス、写真、デザイン、他のアーティストの楽曲提供も行う。　 Syuji: Chik'nhoodのGuitar,Vocalsを担当。四国出身。Hoobastank,Green Dayに影響を受けておりLAの宿泊先でHirohisaと同じ部屋に泊まっていたのがきっかけで知り合った。 使用ギターはポールリードスミス、music man、Fender USAエリックジョンソンモデルをライブやレコーディングによって使い分ける。
