“Chanelle” is from New Jersey and first garnered musical fame in the 80's .The "New Jersey" sound based around Newark's club Zanzibar received international attention first in the UK and later in Europe.As the Chicago "house" scene grew out of the "New Jersey Sound" and took hold; NJ based acts such as Chanelle and other's including Adeva , Kecia Jenkins,Symphonia, Blaze, Vicky Martin, CeCe Rogers,and Charvoni all rose to worldwide acclaim. Chanelle has performed in clubs and venues through out the UK and Europe and most notably appeared at London's Prince Albert Hall with Chaka Khan. Chanelle also appeared on UK's "Top of the Pops" and received awards from numerous DJ organizations in Europe the UK and US. Chanelle's first project "Is it good enough" was released 1986 on Profile Records to a warm but not explosive response. It was followed by "By my Side" which featured a mix by Paul Simpson. It wasn't until "One Man" was released that Chanelle hit gold. "One Man" was on the Billboard charts for 52 weeks,after a quick ride to To # 1."One Man" was written & produced by David Shaw and Blaze and featured a Def Mix by David Morales and Frankie Knuckles. After releasing several projects through the early 2000's Chanelle settled down to the business of raising a family ,and recently reconnected with David Shaw. Chanelle and David along with Deep Influence are currently working on new Chanelle material for 2011. Diego Astaiza DJ Dutchie 76 comes from Scinner from Russia. Scinner has releases on Grouper and Klam records,so it was special to get him aboard Dutchie. Transfusions is a deep jam with great synths and floaty pads but with enough punch to be played prime time. Great debut for the talented Russian producer. On the remixes we got Diego Astaiza and Krummstoff. Astaiza's mix is dark and deep. The Krummstoff mix is more on the techouse vibe. Great package to start fall ! click on!!!!!!!!
