I don't know exactly how I won the trip. It was through Paste Magazine http://www.myspace.com/pastemagazine. I got an email saying I'd won but I didn't remember entering anything so I blew it off. Then I got a call a few days later and the woman told me it was legit, she sent me a copy of the contract and sent me to the website and all looked OK so we said OK. That was back in December. And then we were treated like any other passenger -- we got update emails, the swag kit, etc. So we drove down there, got on the boat and that was that!

Yes, we had a good time. I don't know if I told you, but I WON a free trip on that John Mayer (Mayercraft) cruise. It was a blast! So many good bands on board and such a fun spring-break crowd. We don't drink so it was fun to people watch and also see Midwesterners and Eastcoasters who have been hibernating from the horrible weather come out in their bikinis only to freeze on the ship. Beautiful day in Cabo, Steve has never been to Mexico so he got his camarones and ceviche and we were all a happy bunch.

We saw this arch from the ship on the way out of Cabo last week. Wish we were still there.
