About me:
I started playing as a DJ during the mid 80's when I was a student in Northern France. Very much interested in the new wave scene, my selection included mainly British, Belgian, French and German artists. I used to play a radio programme on RCV in Lille (France). During the 90's, I enrolled in a French public body aimed at promoting arts and culture abroad. I spent years in South-Africa, in Norway and came to Japan in 2002. I organized many events in all artistic disciplines (music, dance, visual arts, literature, theatre, new circus, etc.), created several festivals ("The Beat Hotel" in Johannesburg, South Africa - "Time of the writer" in Durban, South Africa - "Francophonie" in Oslo, Norway, and Tokyo, Japan - Le Big Sloppy Kiss in Oslo, Bergen, Tromsø and Kristiansand, Norway - "The French Sessions during "by:Larm" in Bergen, Tromsø and Kristiansand, Norway), and took part in organizing many more ("Batofar cherche le Nord" in Paris, France - "Subcity Paris" in Oslo, Norway - "Ultima festival" in Oslo, Norway - "Django Festival" in Oslo, Norway and Tokyo, Japan). I also took part in the release of "Le Big Sloppy Kiss" compilation on PanM label (BMG) in 2000. Since September 2006, I have been working free lance to start my company, agence-A . I organize and create events, and I also take part in other companies’ events as a DJ or as a subcontractor for artistic counselling and booking of artists.Who I'd like to meet:
