    ここしばらくマイスペースには何も投稿してなかった。最近ここをチェックする機会が減っていて。みなさんはいかがだろうか。

    It's been a while since I posted something to MySpace. I was wondering if people still check it regularly...




    今日お知らせするのはfacebookのファンページのご紹介。パーソナルページは上限5000人に到達してしまったのでこれからはファンページを充実させていくつもり。こちらはほぼ毎日何かしら動きがある感じ。

    What I'm telling today is my fan page on facebook. The usual Ken Ishii page has already reached its 5000 people limit so I will mainly update this fan page from now on. There should be some posts almost everyday.

    ---Ken Ishii's 15th Anniversary + Womb 10th Anniversary = 'KI15W10'---. Digitally released on iTunes Store and Wasabeat! 



    KEN ISHII15周年イヤーとなった2009年、MySpace＋サンレコとコラボレートし、話題となったアニバーサリー企画で使用された楽曲「Right Hook」が、渋谷WOMBのオープン10周年のパーティーを機に、WOMBの顔ともいえるDJ Aki & Takeo、Techridersによって新たに再構築。そしてKen Ishii Friendsとして、オーストラリアからElektrax Recordingsの総帥DJ Hi-Shock、日本から Jin Hiyama & Go Hiyamaが華麗に色を添える！今まで未発表だった本人によるオリジナル・バージョンも今回、初お目見え！


    In 2009, as one of the Ken Ishii 15th Anniversary projects, there was 'KI15 Collaboration Contest' on MySpace Japan and Sound & Recording Magazine. One of the set pieces, Ken Ishii's "Right Hook" is now reconstructed by his friends, as well as by Ken himself. DJ Aki & Takeo and Techriders are the resident DJs from Tokyo's leading club WOMB, which are having their 10th Anniversary this year. DJ Hi-Shock, the boss of Australia's finest Elektrax Recordings, and the homegrown technohead brothers Jin & Go Hiyama join this project to make the package even more exciting!

    ４月２１日に『Two Albums』by Flare as Ken Ishii が発売決定。

    'Two Albums' by Flare as Ken Ishii is confirmed to be released on 21 April in Japan.



    '94-'96に出したFlareとしてのアルバム『Reference to Difference』『Grip』に当時の未発表曲を加えた２枚組リマスタリングCD。

    A double CD which contains my albums as Flare, 'Reference to Difference' and 'Grip', which were originally released in '94 to '96, along with a few unreleased material recorded in those years. All the tracks are remastered.

  • "Daybreak Reprise" finally gets international digital release! - 8 Feb '10


    My double remix album, "Daybreak Reprise - SUNRISER Remixed -", is now on sale on junodownload and Beatport this month at last.

    "Daybreak Reprise - SUNRISER Remixed" is digitally out now, on Ken Ishii's 70 Drums label. This double album contains the remixes from the highly acclaimed "SUNRISER" album (The Remixes) and a non-stop mix by Ken himself using the remixes and some of his unreleased tracks (The Mix).

     

    The remix album focuses on Ken’s friendships in the industry. Close friends were asked to get involved to the project and the result is quality remixes ranging from House, Techhouse to Techno.
