Roadie

I grew up in Canada, next to the US border. I wasn't ten years old before I realized that I loved America. It wasn't that I didn't love Canada, this was a new love. The culture, the geography and most of all the entertainers, all captivated my imagination. Then when I began to travel and to pursue my dream it was America that responded to me in the greatest way. This song means so much to me. It is my way of saying "thank you for raising me", "thank you for receiving my music with such open hearts"... to those of my fans in the United States.... this is a thank you, most of all... to you. It was like a war for me to get this song done, but just like America... I fought... and in the end..... I won. This is the first song in which I am responsible for the production, engineering and the performing of all of the instruments and vocals. I was joined by my lovely wife Deidra, who provided some of the harmonies, and who artistic flare is responsible for the video that accompanies this song. We did it together, and we hope that it brings you some joy. Thank You America Michael Kosterman
