About me:

I'm married to my wonderful husband Kevin and we have the best time together. I own 2 horses. Velvet is my 8 year old baby. She's an ex-racehorse that I am re-training to do dressage. We've done very well in this years show season. For two years in a row now we've won Reserve Championship honors in the Mid Hudson Dressage Society for her division. Baron is my other horse and I've had him for 16 years. He won 1st level champion four years ago and I retired him after his victory. He lives upstate in a horse paradise with friends. My "babies" inside the house are my 3 cats: Luna, my oldest, Nairobi, the middle child, and Strummer, the baby. They are very spoiled. For 15 years I was in a punk/indie band called Bold Nation. I absolutely love music(most types), but am really into the indie scene. I play guitar and sing. My husband was my drummer,and my cousin Scott was our bassist. We played out in bars or people's house parties. We were even played on college radio. It was a blast! I really miss it, but time and budget constraints led to us playing less and less. I still pull out my 'ole Gibson knock-off every now and again. Unfortunately, my husband sold his drum set and Scott moved to NYC. I love hanging out in NYC.
